With the new website of Linea Trovata we chose to use a newer, more innovative technology to be able to use more UI/UX techniques than a corporate website would usually allow. This way we also improved performance, SEO and security.
Almost every single word on the website is completely editable by the client. This was made possible by attaching a custom build of WordPress to the website. This doesn’t mean the website was made in and/or using WordPress. This website was built completely from scratch. We just attached a headless version of WordPress to it, so all the content is loaded from it. This way, the client can easily edit every component of their website with all the benefits of WordPress, like version control, the Gutenberg-editor, etc.
